workshops are custom designed to address specific desired outcomes.
Interviews, team building assessments, employee surveys are examples of
processes used to prepare for a team building workshop.
Typically, the process begins with an interview of the senior leader to identify
desired outcomes. Our Team Building Assessment is modified to obtain
relevant information from those who will be attending the workshop. The
assessment results are used to identify team strengths and challenges, as well
as develop a draft agenda based on identified needs and desired outcomes.
Once the agenda is approved, the materials are developed for the workshop.
Activities are used that allow participants to have fun, yet yield rich dialogue
and experiential learning. Activities are also used to help teams identify opportunities for growth, prioritize issues, and/or develop strategies. Dr. Switzer is approved as a Team Building Workshop Provider by the
California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
