Paul has served as my professional coach for the past 2 years. In that time, he has been a master at helping me think through and clarify my essential priorities. I feel the full focus of his attention from start to finish even when our coaching takes place via telephone. In addition, Paul has taught me how to step back and coach myself when the need arises.
– Jay Ashcraft, Pastor
Paul is an excellent personal and professional coach who offered me a fresh perspective on how to increase my effectiveness and tap into potential I didn’t even know I had. Paul enabled me to gain clarity regarding important decisions I had to make within my practice. He helped my peel back the layers of my “onion,” exposing both the healthy and unhealthy aspects of my thinking, something that is critical if you are going to grow and improve your performance in positive ways.
